Here's a look from the weekend.

 It was such a beautiful day on Saturday, that my weekly Farmers Market adventure was just that much more pleasant. Plus, the heat made me so optimistic about things that I definitely did my fair share of splurging. oops. But there is nothing like fresh flowers, and home made strawberry Margaritas on a warm day.

Plus, I finally remembered to utilize my new Thursday+ Friday bag! Such a cute way to dress up a regular shopping tote bag, wouldn't you agree?

Head to Toe AG

 Hey guuuyyys!

I just wanted to show off my head to toe AG look that I won at Lucky FABB West, for Instagraming THIS picture. 

The look came with this jean jacket and these printed pants (pictured above) and additionally a lovely white t shirt, which I spared no time to ruin. I have yet to learn my lesson about coffee and white shirts. So that's why it's missing from this look. But, it's runner up is doing a pretty fine job, too. 

Also, that adorable yellow bag was gifted  to me by Olivia + Joy.

Style Challenge: How to Wear a Maxi Skirt

Hi Guys!

I bring to you another fun and exciting Style Challenge! 

Myself, and a great slew of blogger are showing you all the many ways that maxis (skirts & dresses) can be styled and worn.

In my case, I chose to sport a skirt. Don't get me wrong, I  L.O.V.E a good maxi dress, but I came across this skirt I've owned for a while, and thought it was a great opportunity to dust it off and vamp it up. 

In my head, I figured I'd pair with with a black crop top and my leather jacket, but then, before I did anything else, I threw on my orange lipstick, and that was it. It was just the inspiration I needed for this bright springy look, that was conveniently gloomy weather friendly!

Mellow Yellow

Here's a fun fact about me: Yellow is my favorite color. Always has been, in everything, Skittles, Starbursts, flowers, pillows, ...I think I've made my point. The sad part about it is, I can only wear it in small dosages, thanks to my lovely yellow skin tone (sarcasm).  A solid yellow shirt? oh hell no. A striped yellow with a very neutral center, Oh hell yes! That's apparently how picking out clothes sounds like for me. So, Although this look may seems pretty heavy on the yellow, it's really not thanks to all the neutrals. 

So here you have it, the occasion yellow binge. I can actually thank the boyfriend for the inspiration when he brought me home flowers, and I plucked one out, stuck it in my hair...and called it macaroni..wait, what?  

Anyway, hope you guys are making fun plans for the weekend. It's ALMOST Friday.
